URGENT Notice to Residents

Dear Residents,

Despite 6 weeks of open enrolment on the new system we have been unable to ensure that all properties have successfully migrated to the new system.

In light of the number of residents that have still not enrolled we have been forced to delay the implementation of the new system. In discussion with the Management Team and the current Access Control and Visitor Management provider we have taken the decision to delay the cut over to the new Visitor Management system until SUNDAY the 7th of FEBRUARY.

Please ensure the following:

  1. Continue to use the current ENTRY PRO app to invite visitors

  2. The new OneSpace app will only be active for use from Monday 06:00 the 8th of February.

  3. If you have enrolled on the new Wave readers they will be active and you can use either the current fingerprint or Wave readers.

Please continue to use the Visitor Management app with the screens below until 06:00 on the 8th of February.

Note:

  • If you have not done so already please ensure you have been to the community hall and enrolled on the new system.

  • The enrolment hall will remain open from the 1st of February to the 5th of February from 09:00 to 19:00.

  • This will be THE LAST CHANCE for residents to enrol on the new system before the cut over on Monday the 8th of February at 06:00
